A brown or olive thread body with a tuft of grey cdc for a wing works.

I fish that section from about 7 to 10am on weekends. After that you need reservations.

KenMillers River Flyfisherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07834066906971183890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5461245170077475695.post-23759226699587693212012-06-03T19:14:30.749-04:002012-06-03T19:14:30.749-04:00The swift was packed today. Plenty of feeding on the top until the T-storms rolled in. I couldn't figure out what they were hitting on the surface so I resorted to a streamer and caught about a dozen throughout the morning. Probably would have been able to catch more if I could only figure out what they were eating.

If anyone else knew what they were slurping, let us know.Kozmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14491744727299859379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5461245170077475695.post-75847796385146753062012-06-03T10:12:17.470-04:002012-06-03T10:12:17.470-04:00On the bright side, those 2" of cold rain com...On the bright side, those 2" of cold rain coming into the Millers must have pushed the 70 degree water down to the Connecticut, where it belongs.Wood turtlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16428076169641371864noreply@blogger.com
